Impacto de los juegos de colaboración en las relaciones interpersonales en estudiantes de enseñanza media del Colegio Francisco Arriarán

La siguiente investigación es de tipo mixta, ya que mezcla los paradigmas cualitativo y cuantitativo, es no experimental y de corte transversal, que tiene por objetivo general implementar una intervención deportiva de juegos de colaboración para mejorar la convivencia de las alumnas de enseñanza media en el Colegio Francisco Arriarán. Para lograr lo antes mencionado se aplica una intervención a las alumnas de enseñanza media del establecimiento, la cual consiste en un torneo de Voleibol titulado “Juegos de la amistad”, con esto se buscaba mejorar las relaciones interpersonales entre las alumnas, la razón que motivó a realizar esta intervención fueron reiterados episodios de enfrentamiento entre ellas, entorpeciendo el normal desarrollo de la clase de Educación Física. Una vez terminada la intervención se les aplicó una encuesta a las alumnas que participaron en el torneo y una entrevista a las profesoras jefe de los respectivos cursos. Los resultados que se obtuvieron al implementar estos instrumentos responden a las preguntas de investigación y a los objetivos específicos ya que se dice que la pandemia si tuvo incidencia en las relaciones interpersonales de las alumnas y que los juegos colaborativos si ayudar a mejorar estas relaciones. Otras de las respuestas que se obtuvo, pero que no era el fin principal de este escrito, fue que las instancias competitivas motivan a las alumnas y así realizan la clase más a gusto y con menos interrupciones de tipo conductual.
The following research is of a mixed type, since it mixes the qualitative and quantitative paradigms, it is non-experimental and cross-sectional, whose general objective is to implement a sports intervention of collaborative games to improve the coexistence of high school students in the Francisco Arriarán School. To achieve the aforementioned, an intervention is applied to the high school students of the establishment, which consisted of a Volleyball tournament entitled "Friendship Games", with this the aim was to improve interpersonal relationships between the students, the reason that motivated to carry out this intervention there were repeated episodes of confrontation between them, hindering the normal development of the Physical Education class. Once the intervention was finished, a survey was applied to the students who participated in the tournament and an interview with the head teachers of the respective courses. The results obtained by implementing these instruments respond to the research questions and the specific objectives since it is said that the pandemic did have an impact on the interpersonal relationships of the students and that collaborative games did help to improve these relationships. Other answers that were obtained, but that was not the main purpose of this writing, was that competitive instances motivate the students and thus they carry out the class more comfortably and with fewer behavioral interruptions.
