Actualmente la Educación Parvularia es fundamental en la formación infantil tanto como; la preparación profesional de los agentes educativos responsables de impartir los contenidos, y las destrezas para desempeñar a cabalidad las funciones de su cargo al interior de los establecimientos educacionales. Debido a la poca información referida a la diferenciación de las funciones de las Técnicos en Educación Parvularia, y a la importancia del cargo al estar en permanente contacto con los niños, la problemática planteada en esta investigación tiene como principal objetivo establecer si existe coherencia entre los programas de formación profesional que imparten las Instituciones de Educación Superior y las funciones reales que las Técnicos en Educación Parvularia y las Directoras de centros educacionales con nivel preescolar declaran ejercer al interior de las salas de clases. A través de la Investigación Cualitativa y utilizando la metodología de la Teoría Fundamentada, se realizarán entrevistas y revisarán documentos, los cuales posteriormente serán analizados y comparados para extraer proposiciones acerca de la relación entre la formación profesional y los requerimientos laborales de las Técnicos en Educación Parvularia. Las conclusiones de esta investigación aportan datos importantes acerca de los requerimientos necesarios que deben tener las Técnicos en Educación Parvularia, para ser un agente educativo que aporte significativamente al proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de los niños preescolares.
Currently early childhood education is essential in child training as well as; vocational preparation for educational agents responsible for providing the content, and the skills to carry out fully the functions of his position to the inside of the educational establishments. Due to the little information concerning the differentiation of the functions of the technicians in early childhood education and the importance of the charge to be in permanent contact with the children, the problem raised in this research has as main objective to establish if there is coherence between the programs of professional training institutions of higher education and the actual functions that the technicians in early childhood education and directors of centers educational preschool level claim to exercise inside the classrooms. Through qualitative research and using the grounded theory methodology, there will be interviews and reviewed documents, which subsequently will be analyzed and compared to extract proposals about the relationship between vocational training and the labor requirements of the technicians in early childhood education. The findings of this research provide important information about the requirements that must be the technicians in early childhood education to be an educational agent that contributes significantly to the process of teaching-learning of preschool children.
