La presente investigación: “Caso exploratorio sobre la relación madre-infante desde la teoría
del apego donde un infante presenta dificultades alimentarias, desde un enfoque
psicoanalítico”, tiene como propósito analizar los fenómenos que intervienen en la relación
vincular madre-infante, en donde el niño presenta una dificultad alimentaria. A partir de la
contribución teórica de John Bowlby (1954-1988-1998), Mary Ainsworth et al. (1978),
Felipe Lecannelier (2009), entre otros. La revisión teórica de la teoría del apego, fue
fundamental para entender y analizar la relación maternal filial a propósito de la dificultad
alimentaria del infante. Con el objetivo de llevarla a cabo, se ejecutará una entrevista
semiestructura y una observación exploratoria a una madre, el cual su hijo presente una
dificultad. Ambas con el objetivo de analizar la información a partir de la integración entre
el apego y los aportes científicos sobre la lactancia abarcando principalmente definiciones,
beneficios y entorno a la relación madre infante. Para posterior, la información recogida
posibilitará la experiencia subjetiva de la madre en torno a la dificultad de su hijo con el fin
de dar a conocer la vivencia de la progenitora en cuanto a la relación con el infante y analizar
qué elementos interfieren en el vínculo materno filial.
The current investigation: "Exploratory case on the mother-child relationship from affection theory where an infant presents alimentary difficulties, from a psychoanalytic approach", has as purpose is to analyze the phenomena that intervene in the mother-infant relationship, in which the child presents a food problem. From the theoretical contribution of John Bowlby (1954-1988-1998), Mary Ainsworth et al. (1978), Felipe Lecannelier (2009), among others. The theoretical revision of the affection theory was necessary to understand and analyze the mother-child relationship with regard to the infant feeding difficulty. In order to carry it out, an interview and an exploratory observation will be performed on a mother, whose son presents a difficulty. Both with the goal of analyze the information from the combination between the affection and scientific contributions on breastfeeding, mainly covering definitions, benefits and environment to the mother-infant relationship. Later, the collected information will enable the subjective experience of the mother around the difficulty of her child in order to make known her experience regarding her relationship with the infant and analyze which features interfere in it.
