Hoy en dĆa, la gestiĆ³n de inventarios es considerada un elemento importante y crucial en la
cadena de suministro. Debido a esto las empresas deben darle importancia al Ć³ptimo desarrollo
de esta herramienta, dada su influencia en la reducciĆ³n de los costos y brindar un flujo continuo
en la manufactura o servicio; y en consecuencia obtener la satisfacciĆ³n del cliente al adquirir
un producto. AdemƔs, llevar un orden dentro del almacƩn y que el desarrollo de la actividad sea
el correcto, permite que la empresa tenga un control de las materias primas con las cuales se
pretende satisfacer la demanda del producto. Es por ello por lo que el presente proyecto tiene como objetivo generar una propuesta de mejora
en la gestiĆ³n de inventario de materia prima en la empresa Granotec. El alcance de Ć©ste involucra los procesos logĆsticos relacionados; asimismo el anĆ”lisis y propuesta de un plan de
mejora en la gestiĆ³n de inventario. Empezando con el diagnĆ³stico actual de la empresa para
conocer la realidad objetiva y cĆ³mo se estĆ” desarrollando dicha actividad e identificar las causas
raĆz que generan problemas como quiebre de stock y demora en las entregas de los pedidos, la
cual se usarƔn herramientas de anƔlisis como diagrama de Ishikawa, diagrama de Pareto,
modelo ABC, entre otras que nos ayuden a encontrar las causas raĆz de los problemas. Una vez
que se detecte la raĆz de la problemĆ”tica se procederĆ” hacer propuestas de mejora, que se
convertirƔn en herramientas preventivas para agilizar los procesos productivos.
Today, inventory management is considered an important and crucial element in the supply chain. Due to this, companies must give importance to the optimal development of this tool, given its influence in reducing costs and providing a continuous flow in manufacturing or service; and consequently, obtain customer satisfaction when purchasing a product. In addition, keeping an order inside the warehouse and that the development of the activity is correct, allows the company to have control of the raw materials with which it is intended to satisfy the demand for the product. That is why this project aims to generate a plan to improve the raw material inventory management process in the Granotec company. The scope of this involves the related logistics processes, also the analysis and proposal of an improvement plan in inventory management. Starting with the current diagnosis of the company to know the objective reality and how said activity is being developed and identify the root causes that generate problems such as stock breakage and delay in the delivery of orders, which analysis tools will be used as a diagram. of Ishikawa, fault tree, 5w and 1h, Pareto diagram among others that help us find the root causes of the problems. Once the root of the problem is detected, proposals for improvement will be made, which will become preventive tools to speed up production processes.
