This paper addresses the writings of anarchist working women published in Verba Roja newspaper during 1919, by understanding the primacy they attribute to the body, as intended to symbolize its existence amid the exploitation of the double system of capitalism/patriarchy. Using this perspective, the paper approaches the epistemological resistances that embody corporality as a central focus of discussion; while it is conceived as a subjective matter conditioned by the setting political control, though it is also constructed as a matter that might subvert the systematic oppression of modernity.
