dc.description.abstractEste documento tiene como objetivo primordial, dar una visión de los procedimientos, registros de control, instrucciones de trabajo para el aseguramiento de calidad en la construcción de edificios de altura y así tener una pauta para cumplir con los altos niveles de calidad que exige la norma ISO 9002. Se aborda principalmente la construcción de edificios en altura para departamentos, consecuente con un Sistema de Aseguramiento de Calidad, que es un conjunto de documentos que describen un método de gestión que permite garantizar el cumplimiento de la norma Nch-ISO 9002 Of 95, e igualmente se explica qué es y cómo se implementa un sistema de estas características en una obra en particular. Se realiza un estudio estadístico del proceso de aseguramiento de calidad de una obra en particular, con las características ya descritas anteriormente, en cuanto a las observaciones más repetitivas, de las cuales se podrán deducir el cumplimiento del Plan de Calidad descrito por ésta. Se hicieron entrevistas a profesionales de obras y encargados del control de calidad de empresas constructoras, averiguando su grado de conocimiento y su opinión sobre la Norma Chilena ISO 9002. Además, se analiza la importancia que tiene la Ley 19.472 (referente al marco legal de la calidad en la construcción); las exigencias y responsabilidades que recaen en el constructor y cómo éste debe enfrentar con nuevos métodos, que le aporten resultados que satisfagan las exigencias de los clientes. Concentrando en éste la obligación de responder por todas las fallas o defectos en la construcción. Por último, se analiza la experiencia nacional e internacional de los sistemas de calidad aplicados en Francia, Reino Unido, España y Brasil.es
dc.description.abstractThis document has as primordial objective, to give a vision of the procedures, control registrations, work instructions, etc. for the insurance of quality in the construction of buildings in height and this way to have a rule to fulfill the high levels of quality that it demands the norm ISO 9002. It is approached mainly the construction of buildings of departrnents in height, consequent with a System of Insurance of Quality, which is a group of documents that describe an administration method that allows to guarantee the execution of the norm Nch-ISO 9002 Of 95, and equally it is explained what it is and like a system of these characteristics is implemented in particular in a work. It is carried out a statistical study of the process of insurance of quality of a work in particular, with the characteristics already described previously, as for the most repetitive observations, of which will be been able to deduce the execution of the Plan of Quality described by this. It is carried out interviews to professionals of works and taken charge of the control of quality of construters companies , in which were defined, in function of the grade of knowledge that one has and the opinion based on the Norma Chilean ISO 9002. Is also analyzed the importance that has the Law 19.472 (with respect to the legal mark of the quality in the construction); the demands and responsibilities that relapse in the constructer and as this it should face with new methods that contribute him results that they satisfy the demands of the clients. Concentrating on this the obligation of responding for all the flaws or defects in the construction. Lastly are investigated systems of quality developed in Chile and abroad for constructers companies.EN
