Resumen
Esta tesis plantea una propuesta de mejora para las Unidades Educativas Municipalizadas Básicas de la Comuna de Macul, la que consiste en un Proyecto Curricular Comunal, propuesta que busca posicionarse como herramienta de gestión, al nivel de Manuales de Convivencia, Manual de Evaluación, Plan de Gestión Estratégica y Plan de Mejora Escolar, entre otros.
La estructura de la tesis es similar a la metodología de elaboración de un proyecto curricular descrita en la literatura, y de esta manera sirve para los fines metodológicos de la elaboración del mismo, este trabajo consiste en marco teórico, el cual sitúa el proyecto en relación con lo que entendemos por currículum, lo contextualiza en el marco curricular nacional y comunal y define la estructura básica del proyecto curricular junto con enmarcarlo en el segundo nivel de concreción del currículum.
Posteriormente el marco metodológico describe como se desarrollará el estudio, este marco es esencialmente un proceso que a través del método científico busca obtener información relevante para entender el conocimiento, a través del marco metodológico se define el paradigma de la investigación, diseño, tipo de estudio, universo, población, muestra, caracterización, variables, operacionalización de la investigación. Para la caracterización de la muestra se profundiza en las unidades educativas básicas, tipo de matrícula, el contexto socioeconómico de la población escolar como circundante, junto con la reseña histórica y sellos identitarios, de manera de facilitar la lectura, comprensión de la investigación y dar a conocer el propósito de la misma.
El análisis de datos es muy importante en la metodología de la elaboración de la propuesta de mejora y es homologable al diagnóstico de los establecimientos, en este análisis se presentan los datos correspondientes a la eficiencia interna de las instituciones, resultados de aprendizaje tanto internos como externos, los datos de desempeño docente. Específicamente a través de los datos de resultados de aprendizaje se comprobara si existe la necesidad de una propuesta de mejora, posteriormente con la necesidad de una propuesta de mejora comprobada, se asegura la participación de representantes de las Unidades Educativas a través de entrevistas y cuestionarios, con todos los antecedentes reunidos se desarrolla la propuesta de mejora expuesta en el capítulo V de esta tesis y entregada como documento en el anexo.
This thesis raises an offer of improvement for the Municipal Corporation´s Primary Schools of Macul, which consists of a Communal Curricular Project, offer that seeks to be positioned as management tool and positioned at the level of manuals of conviviality, manual of evaluation, plan of strategic management and plan of school improvement. The structure of the thesis, it is similar to the methodology of production of a project curricular described in the literature, and hereby it serves for the methodological ends of the production of the same one, and consists of theoretical frame, which places the project in relation with what we deal for curriculum, Seek to place in the frame curricular nationally and communal, and defines the basic structure of the project curricular together with framing it in the second level of concretion of the curriculum. Later the methodological frame describes since the study will develop, and it is essentially a process that across the scientific method seeks to obtain relevant information to deal, the knowledge, across the methodological frame there is defined the paradigm of the investigation, design or approach, type of study, universe, population, characterization of the sample, variables, and operationalization of the investigation. For the characterization of the sample one penetrates into the educational basic units, the characterization of his matriculation the socioeconomic context of the school and surrounding population, together with the historical review and identity stamps, of way of facilitating the reading and comprehension of the investigation together with his intention. The analysis of information is very important in the methodology of the production of the offer of improvement and is homologable to the diagnosis of the establishments for the same one, in this analysis there appear the information corresponding to the internal efficiency of the institutions, results of learning, so much boarders like day pupils, the information of educational performance, and specifically across the information of results of learning it was verified if there exists the need of an offer of improvement, later, with the need of an offer of improvement one assures the representatives' participation of the Educational Units across interviews and questionnaires, with all the assembled precedents there develops the offer of improvement exposed in the chapter V of this thesis and delivered like of this thesis and delivered as document in the annexed
