dc.description.abstractEl Jardín Infantil “Rayito de Sol”, en lo que se refiere al Proyecto Educativo Institucional (PEI) deja de manifiesto que la institución trabaja la interculturalidad en las diferentes estrategias de trabajo con niños y niñas, bajo un ambiente cálido y acogedor donde se reconoce, acepta y respeta su identidad cultural. Por lo tanto el presente seminario de grado busca realizar un análisis exhaustivo con respecto a la Representación Social lo que permite reconocer los modos y procesos de constitución del pensamiento social por medio del cual construyen la realidad, el equipo educativo de dicha institución enfocado en Educación Intercultural. A continuación se desprende una investigación de carácter cualitativa de tipo exploratorio descriptivo, con el fin de dar a conocer la Representación Social que poseen las educadoras de párvulos y técnicos en Educación Parvularia.es
dc.description.abstractProject (PEI) is concerned, makes it clear that the institution works on interculturality in the different strategies of working with children, under a warm and welcoming environment where it is recognized, accepts and respects their cultural identity. Therefore the present degree seminar seeks to carry out an exhaustive analysis with respect to Social Representation allowing us to recognize the ways and processes of constitution of social thought through which the reality of the educational team of this institution focused on Intercultural Education. The following is a research of a qualitative nature of descriptive exploratory type, in order to make known the importance of the Social Representations granted by nursery educators and technicians in Parvular Education.
