The purpose of this research is to propose a community tourism management model for the localities of Ruca Raqui, Morhuilla, Pehuén and Curico in the commune of Lebu, where, although there is a tourism offer, it is incipient and poorly articulated. This proposal is important because currently there is no plan or model like this, except for the communal regulatory plan, which mentions that one of the objectives is to create a sustainable tourism model for the commune, so this proposal would be a contribution and help both for the entrepreneurs of the aforementioned localities, as well as for the municipality and the commune. A mixed qualitative and quantitative methodology was used for this research, working through different stages and tasks such as field visits, meetings and conversations with the community. Different data collection tools and instruments were also used for this purpose, such as semi-structured interviews, the SWOT matrix and meetings. The main results obtained in this research were the collection of information on the service providers present in the localities, as well as the creation of files on those attractions in the area that encourage visitors to visit the destination. In addition, for the development of this proposal, research was conducted on the territorial organization of the area to identify the main actors in each of the localities.
