Experiencias de profesionales del área de protección de la red Sename durante su proceso de intervención psicosocial con niños, niñas y adolescentes : un estudio cualitativo desde las voces de trabajadores sociales y psicólogos de la comuna de Concepción

El área de protección de derechos, pertenece a una de las áreas del Servicio Nacional de
Menores (SENAME), el cual está enfocado en dar respuesta a la diversidad de problemáticas
y vulneraciones de derechos que afectan directamente a niños, niñas y adolescentes,
quienes son sujetos de intervención de este servicio. La presente oferta está integrada por
programas administrados directamente por Sename, denominada cuidados alternativos,
tales como; Centros de Reparación Especializada y Familias de Acogida, la segunda oferta
se adjudica a través de Concursos públicos a Organismos Colaboradores Acreditados,
mediante cuatro líneas de acción; Centros Residenciales, Oficinas de Protección de
Derechos (OPD), Diagnostico (DAM) y programas de prevención.
En este estudio se analizan las experiencias profesionales de trabajadores sociales y
psicólogos de la Comuna de Concepción, quienes han ejercido o ejercen actualmente en el
sistema y a su vez como ellos perciben la realidad y percepciones de los usuarios atendidos.
Esta investigación es de carácter cualitativo, en donde se estudian las experiencias y
percepciones de los profesionales de acuerdo al objeto de estudio; el instrumento de
aplicación es una entrevista semi estructura dirigida a los sujetos de estudio trabajadores
sociales y psicólogos, puesto que mayormente se desarrolla un trabajo desde la
intervención psicosocial en la red Sename.
Respecto al análisis de los datos, los discursos rescatados del proceso de recolección de
datos, se identifican tópicos y teorías que van desde la experiencia profesional hasta el
proceso de institucionalización y egreso que vivencian los niños, niñas y adolescentes y sus
familias, todo esto desde un marco profesional de las disciplinas del Trabajo Social y
Psicología.

The current offer is made up of programs administered directly by Sename, called alternative care, such as; Specialized Repair Centers and Foster Families, the second offer is awarded through public tenders to Accredited Collaborating Organizations, through four lines of action; Residential Centers, Rights Protection Offices (OPD), Diagnosis (DAM) and prevention programs. This study analyzes the professional experiences of social workers and psychologists from the Concepción Commune, who have practiced or are currently practicing in the system and once they perceived the reality and perceptions of the users served. This research is qualitative in nature, where the experiences and perceptions of professionals are studied according to the object of study; The application instrument is a semi-structured interview directed to the study subjects social workers and psychologists, since mostly a work is developed from the psychosocial intervention in the Sename network. Regarding the analysis of the data, the discourses rescued from the data collection process, topics and theories are identified ranging from professional experience to the process of institutionalization and graduation experienced by children and adolescents and their families, all this from a professional framework of the disciplines of Social Work and Psychology.
