As teachers of English at tertiary level, we have many times faced the difficulty of reaching all of our students´ interest in the classroom. Probably, as part of a system where it is a priority to cover contents previously set in a syllabus for each lesson, we just focus in doing so, according to program. Moreover, in most instances, we are incapable of identifying who our students are and what is behind them. Throughout the teaching process is when we come to realize who they are indeed, and what their needs are; however, it may be too late to do something to help them since teachers are not likely to teach the same group of students two semesters in a row. The present research “Inclusion of English as a Foreign Language (henceforth, EFL) college students with learning needs: stakeholders’ perceptions” makes reference to those students diagnosed with Attention Deficit and Asperger that are part of our EFL classrooms. The subject itself got our attention because, as EFL teachers, we noticed that there were a few students that were no capable of succeeding in English, although they tried hard. Some of these students had been diagnosed or, at least, treated by a learning disorder specialist because of Attention Deficit either in primary school or high school. Once enrolled in a BA program, they realize they are left on their own to take on the responsibility of their learning.en
