Esta investigación se centra en el análisis de tres materiales, los cuales se compararán tanto técnico como económicamente para obtener la mejor relación precio/calidad en terreno, al
momento de construir.
El análisis se centrará en los materiales de construcción hormigón celular, hormigón prefabricado y albañileria tradicional.
El hormigón celular en Chile es, un material constructivo relativamente nuevo respecto a los
estándares en nuestro país, pero su inserción en el rubro no es para reemplazar a los otros
sistemas, sino a ser una novedosa alternativa de construcción y tener una alternativa eficiente y conveniente a la hora de hacer un proyecto.
El hormigón prefabricado es bastante más conocido, pero su inserción en la edificación en extensión, en especial en muros no es muy común. La idea es abordar en detalle todo su
proceso y costos, tanto en planta como en obra.
La albañilería tradicional es, tal vez, la más conocida de estas 3 soluciones constructivas, y
seguramente la más antigua, pero tal vez no la más eficiente. Esa es la idea de esta memoria "análisis comparativo técnico-económico de soluciones constructivas para obra gruesa en edificación en extensión", analizar a fondo los materiales y dar un punto de vista fundamentado, de que solución es la más eficiente.
This investigation centres on the analysis of three materials which will be compared so much technician as economically to obtain the best relation price/quality in area to the moment to construct. The analysis will centre on the materials of construction on cellular concrete, prefabricated concrete and traditional masonry. The cellular concrete in Chile is a constructive relatively new material with regard to standards in our country but his insertion in the item is not to replace to other systems, but to being a new alternative of construction and having an efficient and suitable alternative at the moment of doing a project. The prefabricated concrete is enough more acquaintance but his insertion in the building in extension especially in walls it is not very common. The idea is to approach in detail all his process and costs so much in it plants like in work. The traditional masonry is maybe most known about these three constructive solutions, and surely the most ancient, but maybe not the most efficient. This is the idea of this report "comparative technical — economic analysis of constructive solutions for thick work in building in extension" to analyze thoroughly the materials and to give a based point of view of which solution is the most efficient.
