This work focuses on the issue of commitment and the teaching role that teachers should assume from a more reflective, participatory, investigative, and observational perspective regarding their own practices with the purpose of improving them. The project is focused on the Kurt Möller Bocherens School G-518 Paso Rari of the Colbun Commune, the general objective is to implement participatory and meaningful learning experiences in order to enhance the appropriation of pedagogical principles by the educational agents and improve pedagogical practices. In order to achieve the proposed objectives, semi-structured interviews were conducted with Early Childhood Educators, Kindergarten Education Technicians and level coordinators, class observation, planning analysis and academic results. In order to approach the topic, a theoretical review was carried out on topics that will help us with the problem, starting with a review of the Framework for Good Teaching in Kindergarten Education, considering domain D, which corresponds to the commitment and role of the teacher. Secondly, the current Kindergarten Education Curricular Bases were reviewed, highlighting the eight pedagogical principles, which help to understand what is necessary and relevant to include when preparing educational experiences and finally a look at the precursors of the discipline, who provide us with great theories and knowledge contributing to the understanding and visualizing the background of these important principles in order to acquire a correct appropriation of these.
