En la actualidad el bienestar subjetivo dentro de las organizaciones se explora como una línea de investigación reciente. El presente estudio recurre al Modelo de Felicidad Organizacional de Ignacio Fernández para realizar el análisis utilizando las dimensiones de positividad, sentido, desarrollo profesional y personal, relaciones confiables, liderazgo, engagement y logro y reconocimiento. La investigación tiene como objetivo: Conocer y analizar las políticas de bienestar a la luz del modelo de felicidad organizacional y relacionarlas con el bienestar subjetivo. Esta exploración se realiza en cuatro organizaciones ubicadas en Santiago de Chile perteneciente al sector privado, entrevistando a profesionales pertenecientes a áreas de RRHH y servicio de bienestar.
A partir de la actual indagación se han obtenido diversas percepciones, desde las distintas visiones propuestas por cada una de las organizaciones estudiadas respecto a sus propias políticas de Bienestar, dentro de las cuales es posible destacar la implementación de estrategias organizacionales alineadas al modelo de felicidad organizacional, con ello fue posible reconocer los principales resultados del estudio.
Currently, the subjective well-being inside of the organizations is explored as a line of recent investigation. The present study resort to the Ignacio Fernandez’ happiness organizational model in order to realize the analysis using the dimensions of positivity, sense, professional and personal development, reliable relationships, leadership, engagement, achievement and recognition. The investigation has as objective: to know and analyze the well-being politics in the light of happiness organizational model and to relate them with the subjective well-being. This exploration is realized in four organizations located in Santiago of Chile belonging to the private sector, we interview to professionals belonging to the RRHH and the well-being services. Starting from the actual inquiry have been obtained varied perceptions, from the different views propose for every studied organization regarding to their own well-being politics, inside of which is possible to highlight the implementation of organizational strategies aligned with the happiness organizational model. With this was possible to recognize the principles results of the study.
