Resumen
La investigación tiene como propósito diseñar un producto turístico de montaña en la zona andina
de la región de Ñuble, el diseño metodológico fue del tipo no experimental y la muestra no
probabilística, donde se utilizaron informantes clave, siendo estos quienes se dedican a realizar
actividades turísticas en el sector del Complejo Volcánico Nevados de Chillán, a dichos
informantes se les aplicó una entrevista semi estructurada. Los resultados señalan una gran
diversidad de atractivos naturales, los cuales presentan potenciales oportunidades para desarrollar
las actividades turísticas que comprende el diseño en cuestión, como también las amenazas que
afectan al destino y de qué forma aportar en la conservación de este lugar. En conclusión, se
diseña el producto turístico ‘Andes Volcánico Ñuble’.
