Resumen
El objetivo de esta investigación es diseñar un Plan de desarrollo Docente que oriente la
formación profesional y el quehacer pedagógico en la Escuela San Ignacio de Loyola de
Valparaíso para implementar una gestión pedagógica colaborativa. En el proceso de
investigación se determinaron debilidades y fortalezas de la gestión pedagógica y liderazgo en
el establecimiento, las características que debe considerar un plan de desarrollo profesional
docente y tipos de acompañamiento profesional que hoy están en boga. La recolección de datos
se aplicó por medio de una entrevista semiestructurada a los docentes. El análisis de
resultados reveló que existen una serie de acciones que dan origen a un incipiente plan de
desarrollo profesional docente en el establecimiento, pero que éstas carecen de sistematización.
A modo de síntesis, se elabora una propuesta de Plan de Desarrollo Profesional Docente que
incluye acciones necesarias para mejorar la gestión pedagógica y el acompañamiento docente.
The objective of this research is to design a teacher improvement plan to guide the professional formation and the pedagogic labor at “San Ignacio de Loyola” school in Valparaiso, in order to implement a collaborative pedagogic management. In the process of research, were determined weaknesses and strengths from the pedagogic management and leadership in the school, the characteristics that ought to consider a professional teacher development plan and types of professional accompaniment that currently are in vogue. The data recollection was applied to teachers through a semi-structured interview. The analysis results show that exist a sequence of actions that give origin to an incipient professional teacher development plan at the school, but those actions do not have systematization. Nonetheless, to conclude, it is elaborated a design of professional teacher development plan which includes necessary actions in order to enhance the pedagogical management and teacher accompaniment.
