dc.description.abstractA lo largo de este proyecto de título se busca demostrar el aporte de la tecnología en la detección del deterioro cognitivo leve (DCL) a través de la digitalización de la pauta ACER-Ch con el fin de poder agilizar los tiempos de espera en sus diagnósticos. Para esto se desarrolló un sistema de detección digital del DCL, a través de un sitio web de recolección de respuestas, un procesamiento mediante Python y la entrega de resultados con Power BI. El proyecto tuvo una duración de 9 meses y se recolectaron los resultados de 17 personas que hicieron uso del sistema sin algún criterio de selección específico, entregando estimaciones de resultados según lo indicado en la pauta ACE-R-Ch con el fin de ser utilizados a futuro por doctores especialistas en el área de salud mental como diagnósticos preliminares ante alguna sospecha de deterioro cognitivo.es
dc.description.abstractThroughout this title project it’s looking for demonstrate the contribution of technology in the detection of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) through the digitization of the ACE-R-Ch guideline in order to speed up waiting times in their diagnoses. For this, a digital detection system of the MCI was developed, through a response collection website, processing made by Python and the delivery of results with Power BI. The project lasted 9 months and the results were collected from 17 people who made use of the system without any specific selection criteria, delivering estimates of results as indicated in the ACE-R-Ch guideline in order to be used at future by specialist doctors in the area of mental health as preliminary diagnoses before any suspicion of cognitive impairment.
