En la presente Memoria como su nombre lo dice se podrá ver un Plan de Negocios relacionado al Mercado de alimentos Chileno con el fin de ayudar al departamento de Investigación y Desarrollo de la Empresa Alemana Burkert.
Como primer punto se podrá observar el comportamiento Actual del mercado en general mostrando análisis y graficas del mismo, junto a tendencias para el 2018 y mediados del 2019 la cual es el principal problema de dicha empresa.
Como Segundo punto se podrá encontrar de forma Macro la idea de negocios que Burkert busca implementar en chile el próximo año como lo es la creación de un nuevo centro de distribución y servicios Burkert S.A, además de conocer la misión, visión y valores de los cuales Burkert se encarga.
El tercer punto que se podrá encontrar en este escrito tiene referencia a los análisis de Macroentorno (Análisis PESTAL y Análisis Porter) y Microentorno (Análisis FODA) Ambos análisis Fueron cuantificados con el fin de poder apreciar de mejor manera el comportamiento del mercado como de la empresa y para finalizar el tercer punto se entregara un modelo de negocios lean-canvas y a su vez la estrategia más adecuada que Burkert debería seguir.
Una vez realizados todos los análisis anteriores se realizaron los planes de Marketing, operacional y de Recursos Humanos con el fin de ayudar o apoyar en un 100% el funcionamiento de la empresa entregando objetivos y estrategias para cada plan y la mejor forma de operar para una satisfacción del 100% al cliente.
En base a estudios e investigaciones realizadas en conjunto con la empresa se pudo calcular los ingresos que Actualmente posee Burkert en chile para luego estimar nivel de crecimiento en un periodo de 5 años, con esta información se estimaron todos los costos asociados a la idea de negocios junto a su forma de financiamiento donde se obtuvo un plan financiero la cual arrojo números bastantes positivos según el flujo de caja con un periodo de recuperación de la inversión de 1.96 Años.

As a second point you can find Macro business idea Burkert seeks to implement in Chile next year as it is the creation of a new distribution center and Burkert SA services, in addition to knowing the mission, vision and values of which Burkert takes care. The third point that can be found in this paper has reference to the analysis of Macroentorno (PESTAL Analysis and Porter Analysis) and Microentorno (SWOT Analysis) Both analyzes were quantified in order to better appreciate the behavior of the market as well as the company and to finalize the third point will be delivered a lean-canvas business model and in turn the most appropriate strategy that Burkert should follow. Once all the previous analyzes were carried out, the Marketing, Operational and Human Resources plans were carried out in order to help or support the operation of the company 100% by delivering objectives and strategies for each plan and the best way to operate for a 100% customer satisfaction.
