Resumen
Desde el principio de casi todas las disciplinas, el hombre ha apoyado con mayor fuerza a una parte de éstas. En este sentido, se puede decir con respecto a un área estudiada por la Psicología como lo es la inteligencia, que se intentó abordarla siguiendo los modelos "científicos", es decir, usando métodos que permitan cuantificar de manera precisa lo que se intenta estudiar. Lo anterior implica que se deje de lado casi instantáneamente un aspecto esencial de los seres humanos: las emociones. Con el pasar de los años, se ha descubierto que las emociones son más que un mecanismo de alerta, pasando a ser parte importante en los diversos ámbitos en los que interviene el hombre.
En la actualidad ha surgido una gran cantidad de información con respecto al rol que juegan las emociones en nuestro diario vivir, y es así como surge el concepto de inteligencia emocional para graficar lo esencial que resultan ser.
Este trabajo intenta demostrar que la aplicación de la inteligencia emocional sobre un grupo de trabajadores, sin dejar duda, ayuda a poder mejorar, partiendo desde un mejor ambiente laboral hasta poder incluso mejorar la producción del grupo. Servirá también para detectar que puede esta faltando aplicar o entender para poder mejorar como la influencia como jefes sobre los grupos de trabajo. Se entregan distintas herramientas que ayudan en el desarrollo profesional, en especial a las jefaturas o mandos medios que son los que finalmente dirigen en pos de lograr
objetivos trazados.
From the beginning of almost all the disciplines, the man has rested with major force to a part of these. In this respect, it is possible to say with regard to an area studied by the Psychology like it is the intelligence, which tried to approach it being still the "scientific" models, that is to say, using methods that were allowing us to quantify in a precise way what we try to study. The previous thing implies that there is left of side almost instantaneously an essential aspect of the human beings: the emotions. With to happen(pass) of the years, one has discovered that the emotions are more than a mechanism than alert, happening(passing) to be an important part in the diverse areas in which the man intervenes. At present a great quantity of information has arisen with regard to the role that the emotions play in our diary to live, and there is as well as arises the concept of emotional intelligence for showing the essential thing that they turn out to be. This work was trying to demonstrate that the application of the emotional intelligence on a group of workers, without leaving doubt, was helping us to be able to improve, dividing from a better labour environment up to enclosed power to improve the production of the group. lt will serve us also to realize that us failing to apply or to understand this one to be able to improve as chiefs in our guide of human groups. There were delivered different tools that were helping us in our professional development, especially to the headquarters or average controls that are those who finally direct in pursuit of achieving planned aims.
