| dc.description.abstract | Por medio de este estudio se pretende realizar un análisis de efecto monetario que ejerce el valor agregado en crustáceos enfocándose en tres especies, Centolla Lithodes santolla, Camarón Nylon Heterocarpus reedi y Jaiba sin especificar en el cuatrienio 2000-2003. El estudio se realizó revisando cómo el valor agregado influye en los retornos monetarios al realizar una exportación de crustáceos desde Chile hacia los principales mercados, analizando sus volúmenes, precios de venta, retorno económico y comparándolos con otros recursos pesqueros de exportación. De las especies analizadas en este estudio, la que otorgó mayores retornos económicos durante el período en cuestión fue la Centolla, con la línea de conservas, la cual recaudó US$ 11.421 por tonelada anualmente, produciendo un retorno de un 43% por sobre la línea base, que es la de congelado. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | By means of this study it is tried to make a analysis of the monetary effect that exerts the value added in crustaceos, focusing in three species, Crab Lithodes santolla, Shrimp Heterocarpus reedi and Jaiba without specifying in cuatrienio 2000-2003. The study was made reviewing as the added value influences in the monetary returns when making an export of crustaceans from Chile towards the main markets, analyzing its volumes, sale prices, economic return and comparing them with other fishing resources of export. Of the species analyzed in this study, the one that granted greater economic returns during the period at issue were the Spider crab, with the line of conserves, which collected USS 11 ,421 by ton annually, producing a return of a 43% by on the line it bases, that is congealed the one of. | EN |
