Resumen
El modelo de sistema de informaciĆ³n presentado en esta investigaciĆ³n social se
basa principalmente en reordenar y agregar diferentes procesos que se
encuentran ausentes en los sistemas a nivel educativo, donde, lo primero que se
realizĆ³ fue determinar un organigrama tipo, estĆ”ndar a la mayorĆa de los colegios
particulares, para luego dividirlos en subsistemas segĆŗn el Ć”rea de trabajo. Como
segunda fase de este modelo, se realizĆ³ una asignaciĆ³n y delimitaciĆ³n de las
funciones de cada uno de los cargos que figuraban en el organigrama con el fin de
ordenar las diferentes responsabilidades. Una vez presentada la estructura
general del modelo, se integran las clƔsicas funciones de un sistema de
informaciĆ³n como son las calificaciones y los procesos de comunicaciĆ³n bĆ”sicos.
Finalmente se incluyen los procesos de comunicaciĆ³n recĆproca y la generaciĆ³n de
espacios para el compartimiento de informaciĆ³n y su respectivo sistema de control
para todos los subsistemas integrados y participantes del modelo.
The information system model presented in this social research is mainly based on reorder an add different processed that are absent in the educational systems, where the first thing that was done was to establish an organizational type, standard most prĆvate schools, then dividing into subsystems according to the work area. As a second phase of this model was an assignment and delineation of roles for each position in order to sort the different responsibilities. After presenting the general structure of the model, integrating the class function of an information system such as the qualification and basic communication processes. Finally, include reciproca! communication processed and creation of opportunities for information sharing and its respective control system for all integrated subsystems and participants of the model.
