dc.description.abstractEsta investigación tiene por objetivo evaluar terapias fonoaudiológicas para la AHI orientadas al incremento de la comunicación funcional, entendiendo esta como el grado de éxito o efectividad de las habilidades y conocimientos de un individuo para resolver las demandas comunicativas presentes en su ambiente. Para la metodología se seleccionaron cinco terapias: Nuffield Dyspraxia Programme - Third edition (NDP-3); Physically Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets (PROMPT); Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing (DTTC); The Kaufman Speech to Language Protocol (K-SLP); Integrated Phonological Awareness (IPA). Se buscó en las bases de datos PUBMED, WOS, LILACS, Biblioteca Cochrane y Scopus, y se hizo una evaluación extraída de 18 artículos para responder a la pregunta de investigación bajo el método de revisión scoping, sintetizado en análisis PRISMA. Para el análisis crítico se determinó validez interna y externa e impacto de los resultados a partir de las guías CASPe y STROBE, y adicionalmente el grado de recomendación. Los resultados más relevantes evidencian la falta de rigurosidad metodológica de alrededor del 40% de los estudios, una problemática en el ámbito de la investigación, y que perjudica la PBE. Además, es terapéuticamente deseable establecer como objetivo el desarrollo de la comunicación funcional. Finalmente, se concluye que es relevante seleccionar un enfoque más ecléctico y holístico para intervenir a usuarios con AHI. Para sintetizar los resultados, se crea un checklist que permite valorar las intervenciones según indicadores de funcionalidad, que podría utilizarse para seleccionar qué terapia es más conveniente según los objetivos deseados para la intervención.es
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research is to evaluate speech therapies for CAS, aimed to increase functional communication, understanding this as the degree of success or effectiveness of an individual's skills and knowledge to solve the communicative demands present in their environment. The method consisted of selecting five therapies: Nuffield Dyspraxia Programme - Third edition (NDP-3); Physically Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets (PROMPT); Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing (DTTC); The Kaufman Speech to Language Protocol (K-SLP); Integrated Phonological Awareness (IPA). The search was conducted in these databases: PUBMED, WOS, LILACS, the Cochrane Library and Scopus, and an assessment extracted from the 18 articles was made to answer the research question, under the scoping review method synthesized in PRISMA analysis. These were critically analyzed, determining internal and external validity and impact of the results based on the CASPe and STROBE guidelines, and also, the degree of recommendation. The most relevant results reveal the lack of methodological rigor in about 40% of the studies, which is a problem in the field of research, and what harms the EBP. Besides, it is therapeutically desirable to stablish the goal of developing functional communication. Finally, it is concluded that is relevant to select a more eclectic and holistic approach to intervene users who have CAS. To synthesize the results, a checklist is created that allows to evaluate the interventions, according to indicators of functionality. This could be used to select which therapy is most convenient according to the desired objectives of intervention.en
