El proyecto tiene como objetivo desarrollar una aplicaciĆ³n de escritorio que permita centralizar la informaciĆ³n de la documentaciĆ³n que se realiza por la empresa, cuenta con las funcionalidades de listado de los documentos y sus correspondientes formularios de creaciĆ³n y modificaciĆ³n de documento, manejo del listado de clientes con sus correspondientes sucursales y contactos por sucursal, listado de Ć³rdenes de compra y sus correspondientes formularios de creaciĆ³n y modificaciĆ³n. Para el desarrollo de la aplicaciĆ³n y gestionar el proyecto se escogiĆ³ utilizar la metodologĆa Ć”gil Scrumban. Para su desarrollo, se utilizĆ³ el patrĆ³n de arquitectura por capasen el lenguaje Visual Basic .NET. La aplicaciĆ³n de escritorio se ejecuta en los computadores del personal administrativo de la empresa, dando asĆ una herramienta moderna con proyecciĆ³n hacia el futuro.
The objective of the project is to develop a desktop application that allows centralizing the information of the documentation that is made by the company, has the functionalities of listing the documents and their corresponding document creation and modification forms, management of the customer list with their corresponding branches and contacts by branch, list of purchase orders and their corresponding creation and modification forms.To develop the application and manage the project, it was chosen to use the agile Scrumban methodology. For its development, the layered architecture pattern was used in the Visual Basic .NET language.The desktop application runs on the computers of the company's administrative staff, thus providing a modern tool with projection towards the future.
