Resumen
The present work tries to rescue the work of the Group of Constitutional Studies, maintaining that it conserved the democratic constitutional tradition during the authoritarian parenthesis. It is shown that the contents proposed today in the constitutional debate in many matters are traceable to the Group's proposals, and that, therefore, there is continuity between its proposals and the development of democratic constitutionalism and the development of the constituent process to this day. © 2021 Universidad Nacional de Educacion a Distancia.
