Resumen
La presente investigación busca describir, identificar y caracterizar las principales
dificultades de aprendizaje que presentan los estudiantes de la carrera de Educación Parvularia de
la Universidad Andrés Bello, Sede Viña Del Mar, donde mediante entrevistas semi estructuradas
dirigida a los profesores de dicha carrera nos brindaron información relevante gracias a su
experiencia durante sus años de trabajo. Las entrevistas fueron realizadas en base a tres preguntas
generales, las cuales tienen un objetivo particular en cuanto a la información relevante que se
necesita para desarrollar la investigación.
Al finalizar esta investigación se puede evidenciar cuáles son las dificultades más
recurrentes en los estudiantes que ingresan a la universidad y se siguen manteniendo durante el
transcurso de su enseñanza universitaria.
Según los antecedentes y datos obtenidos se evidencian dificultades en el área de lectura y
escritura, así como también las habilidades de análisis, síntesis y redacción, las cuales se conectan
con las dificultades del área de los procesos cognitivos.
The present research seeks to describe, identify and characterise the main learning difficulties presented by students of the Kindergarten Education course at the Universidad Andrés Bello, Viña Del Mar Campus, where through semi-structured interviews with teachers of this course, they provided us with relevant information thanks to their experience during their years of work. The interviews were conducted on the basis of three general questions, which have a particular objective in terms of the relevant information needed to develop the research. At the end of this research, it can be seen which are the most recurrent difficulties of students entering university and which are maintained during the course of their university education. According to the background and data obtained, there is evidence of difficulties in the area of reading and writing, as well as in the skills of analysis, synthesis and writing, which are connected with the difficulties in the area of cognitive processes.
