booleanos “AND” y “OR”.
Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool (MMAT).
Introduction: On January 30, 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declares the outbreak of COVID-19 as a global public health emergency, which hasaffected every country in theworld. Great scientific and economic efforts have been made to develop effective vaccines to combat this virus, towards the end of 2020 the emergency use of the first vaccines began to be approved. However, vaccines will have no impact if inoculation of a significant amount of the population is not achieved. Objective: To analyze the vaccination strategy against COVID-19. Materials and methods: A Scoping review was designedto analyze the vaccination strategy against COVID-19. We selected studies from PubMed, CINAHL and Clinical Key. The combination of DeCS and MeSH descriptors was used together with the use of Boolean operators "AND" and "OR". Its methodological quality was analyzed with the Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool (MMAT). Results: A total of eleven studies were selected. Seven quantitative studies, three qualitative studies and one multimethod. According to the methodological quality, four studies comply with 100% of the domains analyzed. Conclusion: According to what was analyzed in the studies, the attitude towards the acceptance of vaccination is lower than expected, with greater resistance in more vulnerable groups. It is not described that there is a greater acceptance in people with greater knowledge in health. For this reason, it is concluded that to carry out a successful vaccination campaign it will not only be enough to have the necessary vaccines to immunize the population, but also to develop strategies for dissemination, promotion and education about the benefits of vaccines.
