Estrategias de gestión de recursos humanos clínicos en principales empresas sanitarias asociadas a faenas mineras de la región de Tarapacá

Resumen
La gestión del capital humano a evolucionado exponencialmente una disciplina que se a
transformado en un pilar fundamental en el funcionamiento de cualquier empresa u
organización que pretenda posicionarse con seriedad de forma competitiva en el mercado, es
por este motivo que el autor busca mediante el desarrollo de la siguiente tesis identificar las
principales estrategias que utilizan los departamentos de recursos humanos de las
organizaciones mas influyentes (Mutual de Seguridad, ACHS e IST) de la región de
Tarapacá, para gestionar el capital humano clínico que desarrolla sus actividades laborales
en faenas mineras. Para lo anterior, se desarrolló un estudio de tipo cuantitativo descriptivo
de corte transversal, el cual mediante la aplicación de una cuestionario dirigida al personal
estratégico de los departamentos de recursos humanos de las organizaciones mencionadas
busca responder a la pregunta, ¿Cuáles son las estrategias para la gestión del capital humano
adoptadas por las principales empresas de salud en la región de Tarapacá, Chile, que prestan
servicios sanitarios en faenas mineras y de construcción?, los resultados obtenidos
demuestran que el 100% de la muestra estudiada cuenta con un sistema estructurado y
organizado, los cuales utilizan estrategias de selección, mantención y compensación de los
trabajadores, además el 66% de la muestra de estudio indica contar con profesionales dentro
de sus departamentos de recursos humanos.
En conclusión, la hipótesis que indica que El 100 % de las instituciones en estudio cuentan
con un sistema estructurado, documentado y actualizado respecto a la gestión de capital
humano que tiene por finalidad reclutar y mantener talentos de alto valor para la empresa se
aprueba, sin embargo queda abierta la discusión respecto a cuales son los niveles de
efectividad de dichas instituciones y que tanto podría optimizarse sus procesos mediante la
aplicación de indicadores específicos de recursos humanos.

For the above, a cross-sectional descriptive quantitative study was developed, which through the application of a survey directed to the strategic personnel of the human resources departments of the mentioned organizations seeks to answer the question, What are the strategies for management of human capital adopted by the main health companies in the Tarapacá region, Chile, that provide sanitary services in mining and construction sites?, the results obtained show that 100% of the sample studied has a structured system and organized, where 66% of the study sample indicates having professionals within their human resources departments. In conclusion, the hypothesis that indicates that 100% of the institutions under study have a structured, documented and updated system regarding human capital management whose purpose is to recruit and maintain high-value talent for the company is approved, without However, the discussion remains open regarding the levels of effectiveness of these institutions and how much their processes could be optimized through the application of specific indicators of human resources.
