Resumen
El siguiente anĆ”lisis tiene como objetivo abordar temĆ”ticas sobre diversidad e inclusiĆ³n
que son dos Ɣreas que en la actualidad se encuentran inmersas en las instituciones
educativas.
Los contextos educativos han cambiado considerablemente, es por esto que las entidades
educativas basadas en la Reforma Educacional, deben considerar en sus Proyectos
Educativos Institucionales, como tambiƩn, en sus Proyectos de Mejora Educativa un
enfoque inclusivo atendiendo a toda la diversidad, con espacios y estrategias educativas
que promuevan el aprendizaje de todos los estudiantes.
Los proyectos educativos tiene que ser āUna ruta para transitar, con un enfoque de
derechos, hacia una educaciĆ³n de calidad en la que todas y todos los estudiantes, sin
exclusiĆ³n, puedan participar y progresar en el aprendizaje y en su desarrollo integralā
(Mineduc, 2017b, p. 5)
Es por esto que se debe comprender los conceptos de Diversidad e InclusiĆ³n, revisando la
teorĆa nacional y mundial, identificando contextos y que nos dicen las polĆticas educativas
actuales de Chile.
The following analysis aims to address issues on diversity and inclusion that are two areas that are currently immersed in educational institutions. The educational contexts have changed considerably, that is why the educational entities based on the Educational Reform, should consider in their Institutional Educational Projects, as well as in their Educational Improvement Projects an inclusive approach attending to all diversity, with spaces and strategies educational programs that promote the learning of all students. Educational projects must be āA route to move, with a rights-based approach, towards a quality education in which all and all students, without exclusion, can participate and progress in learning and in their integral developmentā (Mineduc , 2017b, p. 5). That is why we must understand the concepts of Diversity and Inclusion, reviewing national and world theory, identifying contexts and what the current educational policies of Chile tell us.
