Una de las problemáticas que surgen al plantear la calidad en Educación
Parvularia y Educación Básica es la articulación entre ambos niveles, es decir,
cómo se favorece la transición educativa de los párvulos, intentado resguardar una
educación con sentido. En esta lógica es que el Ministerio de Educación ofrece
directrices y lineamientos para desarrollar la articulación de manera formal.
Resulta necesario, entonces, conocer cómo se desarrolla el proceso de
articulación entre los niveles educativos Transición 1 y Primer año básico en la
Escuela Corneta Cabrales E-497 de Talcahuano.
Para llevar a cabo este estudio de caso único, se trabajó bajo el enfoque
cualitativo, considerando la experiencia de distintos actores recogida a través de la
técnica de la entrevista semi-estructurada, el análisis de documento y la
observación. Posteriormente se desarrolla un proceso de análisis de contenido y
triangulación, aportando hallazgos que dan cuenta de procedimientos de
articulación informales, sin intencionalidad y sistematicidad.
Finalmente se considera que el establecimiento educacional, en estudio, debiera
reformular sus actividades técnico pedagógicas respecto a la articulación, dado que
corresponde a un elemento primordial en la formación académica y personal de los
alumnos y alumnas, proceso que debe integrar influencias educativas sobre la base
de la unificación de criterios y modos de actuar, considerando los principios de
unidad y diversidad.
One of the problems that arise to pose the quality of the Nursury School and Elementary School is the articulation between both levels, it means, how the transition educational of the Nursury Schools is benefited trying to protect a proper education. Base on this is that the Ministery of Education offers options to develop the articulation formally. It, then, turns out to be necessary to know how to develop the process of articulation between the educational levels, transition 1 and First year of the elementary school at the Escuela Corneta Cabrales E- 497 in Talcahuano. To become more definite this unique study, it was worked under the focus qualitative, considering the experience of differents actors collected through the technique of a semi structured interview, the analysis of documents and observation. Subsequently, it is developed a process of analysis of content and triangulation contributing discoveries that are results of procedures of informal articulations without intentions and systems. Finally, this considered that the educational establishment, in study, should rethink their pedagogical technical activities regard to the articulation, as corresponds to a primordial element in academic staff and pupils, should integrate process based educational influences the unification of criteria and modes of operation, considering the principles of unity and diversity.
