El reto de mejorar eficazmente la calidad de la educación, convoca a las
comunidades educativas a diseñar estrategias y efectuar acciones para la
construcción de relaciones sociales propicias al desarrollo de los aprendizajes. Para
tal efecto, los docentes responsables de la dirección y liderazgo de los
establecimientos educacionales, deben realizar ingentes esfuerzos en el área de
convivencia escolar, para generar en los estudiantes vínculos que contribuyan a
establecer compromisos en proyectos compartidos, en el marco de una sana
convivencia, que evidencie buenas relaciones interpersonales de respeto y valoración
de la diversidad, contribuyendo a crear un clima exento de violencia y conflicto
escolar congruente con los objetivos educacionales. Este proyecto, se propone
potenciar y mejorar la convivencia escolar al interior de la comunidad educativa liceo
Alejandro Lubet Vergara de la comuna de Quilpué, focalizado en estudiantes del nivel
primero medio. El método que se empleará es el de investigación – acción en estudio
de caso descriptivo. Se espera que este trabajo contribuya a generar, mejorar y
potenciar una deseable convivencia escolar en estudiantes de primer año medio del
establecimiento educacional e impactará positivamente en la mejora del clima escolar
y la calidad educativa del liceo.
The challenge of effectively improving the quality of education, organizes educational communities to design strategies and take actions to build social relationships conducive to the development of learning. To this end, teachers responsible for the direction and leadership of educational institutions, should make great efforts in the area of school life for students generate links which contribute to making commitments on shared projects, as part of a healthy coexistence, evidencing good interpersonal relationships of respect and appreciation of diversity, helping to create a climate free of violence and school conflict consistent with the educational objectives. This project aims to encourage and improve school life within the educational community Lyceum Lubet Alejandro Vergara of the commune of Quilpué, focused on middle-level students first. The method used is the research - action descriptive case study. It is hoped that this work will contribute to generate, improve and enhance a desirable school life in first half year students of the educational establishment and have a positive impact on improving school climate and quality education of high school.
