The vine market has at the present time two outlines of production that mainly differ by the type of raw materials used, organic and traditional ones. The raised product attempts to satisfy the necessity to introduce an insecticide obtained from organic oleoresins of Chili and Quillay (Capsaicin and Saponin respectively) like an altemative for the whole vine market, which by its organic nature implies better agronomical practice than the products used at the present time. The elaboration of the product in eludes three phases: extraction of the Saponin, that is an oleorresin obtained from the crust of Quillay y by vinical alcohol extraction, later it is made the analysis of purity of the active ingredients in order to make sure the final quality of the product, once obtained the wished results of the analysis the totality of the components are mix together with a recirculation by pump machine, for finally proceed to the labeling and packaging process, the product will be commercialized in plastic bottles of 1, 2 and 4 liters sold with term of up to 30 days, against date of delivery. For the implementation of the laboratory a house has been chosen which is located in the commune of Curicó VI Region, mainly by its proximity with the clients and implies a lower cost of distribution, the implementation of the laboratory does't requires additional facilities because all the raw materials used in the elaboration of the product are natural, non toxic and the volume of the waste products are despicable. The economical analysis of the project considers financial evaluation criteria such as VAN, TIR and Payback, as well an FODA analysis; by means of establish the possible conditions that could affect the behavior of the project in the market. Finally presents a sensitivity analysis considering the price ofthe Capsaicin as critical variable.
