In these days the oral rehabilitation with implants is something more and more common in the the same way the market offers new models and techniques with options that they make it easier or they decrease operative times for the odontologist and including a tendency to recommend less use of alloys which don't have great contents of precious materials titanium or ceramic and suggest machinated techniques instead of the old cast technique. This in vitro study accomplishes an evaluation with the purpose to demonstrate if the dimensional loose changes exist when is used the casting technique with an alloy of Chromo Cobalt and if they exist the realization of compensatory technique or tuning for later comparison with the control that is made of titanium and machinated. We evaluate the samples using microscopy with photo and digital processing to see and evaluate the micro-gap existent to see the similar values in the control sample. The cast structures demonstrated dimensional changes and the setting was not properly adjusted. The rectification of the surfaces of the pillars improved the setting among both structures in a significant manner we also made measurements at the half part zone of the structures these measurements obtained were compared with the control sample 1 most of the values obtained were close to the control values with the exception of one that is away of the tendency lt demonstrates that a rigorous cast technique with rectification l also obtain satisfactory results
