Resumen
El presente histórico, plantea nuevos requerimientos educativos que permitan
llevar a cabo una formación integral de la personalidad del ser humano, para el
contexto del Siglo XXI. Por lo tanto, el carácter complejo y multisistémico del
escenario sociocultural, hace necesario reconocer nuevas comprensiones del
quehacer pedagógico que se lleva a cabo en las escuelas. El siguiente trabajo,
en primer lugar, se enfocó, en una revisión bibliográfica de los avances en la
política educativa chilena durante los últimos 50 años, y posteriormente, en la
reflexión de una nueva configuración de los fundamentos que permiten asumir el
desafío de concebir una concepción educativa coherente a nuestra realidad.
Finalmente, se propone un modelo de gestión pedagógica para instituciones
educativas en contextos de vulnerabilidad, que permitan mejorar la calidad
educativa, desde una perspectiva centrada en la formación integral de la
personalidad.
The historical present, sets out new educational requirements that accomplish comprehensive education of the human being personality in the XXI century context. Consequently, the complex and multiple system characters of the socio cultural scenery make necessary to recognize new comprehensions of the pedagogical routine that it is carried out in schools. The following work was focused, after a bibliographic revision of the developments in the Chilean educational politics of the last 50 years, and subsequently the reflection of a new configuration of the fundaments that enable to assume the challenges of conceiving a new educational concept according to our country. Finally, it is presented an educational management developer that arouses schools operations updating by means of designs and components, that aim to reach an impact in the continuous learning process of vulnerable Chileans schools.
