Resumen
El siguiente seminario tiene como principal objetivo determinar la posible
influencia que tiene el clima organizacional sobre el comportamiento de las personas. Es
un ensayo realizado bajo un enfoque cualitativo, mediante una bĆŗsqueda y revisiĆ³n
bibliogrĆ”fica. Se comenzara con un recorrido teĆ³rico para comprender la definiciĆ³n de
clima, los tipos de clima, variables que se relacionan con este concepto y sus
consecuencias, haciendo referencia a los factores que influyen en la existencia de un
clima favorable o desfavorable. AdemƔs se expondrƔ su importancia y la influencia que
presentan el clima organizacional sobre el comportamiento de las personas, reflejado
esto en el rendimiento y la calidad del trabajo. Para continuar con algunos aspectos
generales sobre el estrƩs laboral, las condiciones que lo provocan y sus efectos a nivel
personal y organizacional. Por Ćŗltimo se observaran las grandes consecuencias que
traerƔ tanto el clima organizacional como el estrƩs laboral a las personas y a las
instituciones
The next seminary main objective is to determine the possible influence of organizational climate on the behavior of people. lt is a test conducted under a qualitative approach, through a literature search and review. lt began with a theoretical route to understanding the definition of weather, climate types, variables that relate to this concept and its consequences, referring to the factors that influence the existence of a favorable or unfavorable. Besides its importance will be discussed and the influences of organizational climate have on the behavior of people, reflected this in the performance and quality of work. To continue with sorne general aspects of occupational stress, conditions that cause it and its effects on personal and organizational level. Finally, we observe the great consequences that will bring both organizational climate and job stress to individuals and institutions
