El presente documento detalla las distintas etapas del proyecto para el desarrollo de una solución que
responda a la necesidad de los abogados en Chile, de disminuir el tiempo que deben dedicar a tareas de
seguimiento de las causas legales que atienden.
En el análisis inicial se detectan como principales causas la información dispersa entre distintos sitios web, la
cantidad de manualidad que implica el acceder a la información y la cantidad de pasos para llegar a aquellas
causas que son de interés para los abogados, porque presentan algún movimiento.
Es así como, para abordar esta problemática y lograr disminuir el tiempo dedicado a tareas de seguimiento
de causas, se definieron como objetivos a cumplir, la disminución de la cantidad de sitios web que deben
visitar para encontrar la información, disminución de los procesos manuales para acceder a ella y la
disminución de la cantidad de pasos para acceder a la información de causas que han tenido algún
movimiento en un rango de tiempo.
Se definió gestionar este proyecto de forma ágil, utilizando el framework de Scrum para su desarrollo y de
esta forma, construir la solución con la validación constante de los usuarios y poder enfrentar cambios y
ajustar el alcance si fuese necesario.
En el camino esta decisión nos permitió enfrentar inconvenientes que no habíamos visualizado al inicio,
abordando en cada Sprint los riesgos y bloqueos, re priorizando las historias de usuario y modificando el
alcance y las definiciones técnicas iniciales.
A lo largo del proyecto se monitoreó permanentemente la trazabilidad de las variables con respecto al
cumplimiento de los objetivos, consiguiendo al final de este llegar a un 100% de cumplimiento.
This document details the different stages of the project for the development of a solution that responds to the need of lawyers in Chile, to reduce the time they must dedicate to monitoring the legal cases they attend. In the initial analysis, the main causes are the scattered information between different websites, the amount of manual work involved in accessing the information and the number of steps to reach those causes that are of interest to lawyers, because they present some movement . Thus, in order to address this problem and reduce the time spent on follow-up tasks, the objectives to be met were defined as the reduction of the number of websites that must be visited to find the information, and a reduction in manual processes for accessing it and reducing the number of steps to access the information of causes that have had some movement in a range of time. It was defined to manage this project in an agile way, using the Scrum framework for its development and in this way, build the solution with the constant validation of the users and be able to face changes and adjust the scope if necessary. Along the way, this decision allowed us to face inconveniences that we had not visualized at the beginning, addressing risks and blockages in each Sprint, re-prioritizing user stories and modifying the scope and initial technical definitions. Throughout the project, the traceability of the variables with respect to the fulfillment of the objectives was permanently monitored, achieving at the end of this reaching 100% compliance
