Propuesta para un plan de desarrollo turístico en la localidad de Coya, Comuna de Machalí, Región del Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins

Abstract

El turismo, representa una oportunidad de gran relevancia para la localidad de Coya. Es impulsado por actores locales y apoyados por entidades públicas y privadas con el fin de que su crecimiento sea exitoso, de calidad y sobre todo sustentable. Ante esto nos encontramos con que Coya es una localidad que se encuentra actuando en beneficio del turismo, cuenta con una mesa de trabajo público privada, se están realizando gestiones para mejorar señalética turística y espacios donde los visitantes puedan acceder a información de los atractivos presentes en la localidad y existe voluntad de las partes en financiar proyectos que sean para el beneficio de la comunidad local. La localidad presenta diversos atractivos interesantes para conocer, donde la puesta en valor y la difusión que se les dé, serán clave a la hora de ofrecer los servicios turísticos. A continuación se presenta una "Propuesta para un plan de desarrollo turístico en la localidad de Coya", el cual además de poseer un diagnostico actual y potencial de la localidad, posee lineamientos estratégicos, que ayudaran a orientar y coordinar las actividades turísticas de forma responsable y sobretodo sustentable.

The tourism, represent an opportunity of relevance for the Coya community. It's impulse for local actors and supported by public and private institutions, with the final objective that the growth of it, will be successful, with quality and the most important sustainable. With this, we found that Coya is a local community that it works in benefit oftourism, works together with public and prívate institutions, its being make steps for give improvement touristic signage and spaces were the visitors can be have access to tourist information of the attractive that they can find in the location and there is a big willpower of the institutions give financial support that will be for the benefit of local community. The location shows different and interesting attractive to know, were the enhancement of those and the diffusion, they give to them, will be the key of give touristic services. Below you will find a Touristic Development Plan, in which besides to have an actual and potential diagnosis of the locality, have a strategic guidelines which helps to give coordination and orientation to the touristic activities in a responsible and sustainable way.
